n8n RPS

A private automation tool for building staff training manuals.

What it does

n8n RPS runs on its owner's own computer (self-hosted n8n). It takes source materials prepared for a client company, such as a PDF and supporting documents, and turns them into a structured training manual for a specific job (RPS, from the Russian "Rukovodstvo po spetsialnosti", a job manual). The finished manual is produced as PDF files.

How it uses Google

The tool is connected to one Google account, the owner's own, through Google sign-in (OAuth). It uses Google Drive only to store the files it works with: it uploads the source materials and saves the finished documents into folders chosen by the owner. It does not read, change or delete other files, and it does not access anyone else's Google data.

Who can use it

Only the owner. The tool is not offered to the public, and client companies do not sign in with Google.
