1. Who operates the app

n8n RPS is a private automation tool. Its owner runs it on the owner's own computer (self-hosted n8n) and is its only user. Contact: who88man@gmail.com.

2. What Google data the app accesses

The app connects to one Google account, the owner's own, through Google sign-in (OAuth) and requests access to Google Drive. It uses no other Google services and does not access data from anyone else's Google account.

3. How the data is used

The app uses Google Drive access only to upload the source materials of a training manual and to save the finished documents (PDF files and images) into folders chosen by the owner. It does not read, change or delete other files in Google Drive.

4. Storage and security

The access tokens issued by Google are stored in encrypted form in the app's local database on the owner's computer. Files stay in the owner's Google Drive. The app keeps no other copies of Google data.

5. Sharing

Data received from Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with or transferred to third parties. To generate a manual, the app sends the owner's source documents to the Anthropic Claude API. These documents come from the owner's computer, not from Google APIs.

6. Artificial intelligence

Data received from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

7. Limited Use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by n8n RPS adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Retention and deletion

The access tokens are kept until the owner disconnects the Google account in the app. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner manages and deletes the files in Google Drive.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new date.
